Catalogue products (data flow) we pass is standard so it can be integrated with every system by developing an interface.

It is available in 4 formats (static file (CSV, XML, JSON) updated by our system every 2h; live flow (API) updated in real time.

Generally, we suggest our customers to make the integration by their Company UT staff or the developer who realizes the website because every system has its own features

Our DROPSHIPPING program offers the possibility to benefit from a service named “Turnkey service”.
Through this service our company ships the products on behalf of resellers directly to their final customers using our courier codes;  in this way you can benefit from fixed fees for what concerns shippings & logistics packing.

Yes, there are two kinds of subscriptions: FLUSSO DATI and DROPSHIPPING
Both grant access to our catalogues but:

• with DATA FLOW service you have to go directly the wholesale website and place one single order with all items you need; goods is shipped at your address and from there you will redirect each single product to your final customer

• with DROPSHIPPING subscription you have to use the online software we developed (called DS PLATFORM) which allow to place a unique B2B order with several B2C addresses (one for each product inserted in it) and to directly dialogue with our Logistics in charge of shipping to your final customers.

One of the main aspects is the free service: reaching a minimum prearranged turnover in subscribed quarter a credit note equal to the service cost will be issue on purchased goods

Regarding delivery time, it depends on courier and service chosen (Express/Priority VS. Standard/Economy).

We ship using primary couriers only: FedEx, DHL, UPS.

What we can guarantee is only how fast items leave our warehouse; to do that, we have divided products in 3 categories:

Fast products (red rocket icon on wholesale website and speed_shipping 2 on data flow): these products are in stock in our warehouse and they are shipped in 24h; moreover orders received by 12:00 AM can still be SHIPPED ON THE SAME DAY. “Ordered VS delivered” ratio is over 99,9%.

Standard products (blue van icon and speed_shipping 1 ): these products are stored in external warehouses then our and they take 3/5 working days to be shipped. “Order VS. delivery” ratio is around 95%

Slow products (turtle icon and speed_shipping 0): these products are available from the official distributors; they take up to 10 working days to be shipped. Deliverability is not 100% guarantee

Please keep in mind B2B rules are different from the B2C ones.

It is a management cost applied to all wholesale orders with a total amount lower than a minimum required; in our case amount required is equal to 300,00€ while handling cost is 20,00€.
